Orders, Returns & Exchanges
Online Orders
To place your order online:
- Select the item color and size then proceed to add the item to your cart.
- For U.S customers, please proceed to checkout via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or PayPal.
- Once you have entered your correct email address, billing, shipping and payment information, submit your order.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- For domestic orders, we will provide you a return label.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 15 days from the delivery date to return or possibly exchange your product. All returned/exchanged products must be completely undamaged. We will only exchange sizes, not styles or other products. We do not exchange shoes or clothes for future product releases. Please contact us with any manufactured defects so we may address the situation accordingly. This policy applies for all releases, unless specified otherwise.
